(makes 14-16 oz.)
1 cup (8 oz.) organic Chai tea
1 cup fresh or frozen pineapple
¼ teaspoon fresh ginger (or to taste)
1 scoop Super Green Juice powder
Few ice cubes if not using frozen fruit
Shortcuts: If you don’t have chai tea bags you can buy chai tea concentrate and make with ½ cup concentrate and ½ cup of water. No fresh ginger? You can buy it in a tube and use as needed.
Blend all ingredients well. Enjoy!
Sweet and full of flavor, a star component of pineapple is an enzyme called bromelain. This enzyme supports the breakdown of proteins so it supports digestion. Taken on an empty stomach bromelain is absorbed and acts as a calming anti-inflammatory for muscles and tissues.
Ginger adds a hint of spice and may spice up your love life too. This herb is known for its ability to give libido a boost. It also soothes digestion and comes with powerful antioxidants (gingerols) that act as a natural anti-inflammatory.
A scoop of Super Green Juice powder provides 44 organic superfoods. Digestive support gets a boost from the 3g of fiber, plant-based enzymes, and 1 billion probiotics inside every serving.
